Dan Peel graduated in 1989 from Vanderbilt University School of Law, where he was an Associate Editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law.  He received the American Jurisprudence Award for Appellate Argument.  Mr. Peel received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in history from the University of Memphis in 1985.  He was a Cecil C. Humphreys Presidential Scholar and a member of Phi Kappa Phi..
