In addition, she also handles litigated trust and estate matters.. Ms. Tyler has been designated as an “AV/Preeminent Attorney®” as rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. She was selected to the Top 50 Women of the Mountain States Super Lawyers awards in 2017. She was named as a “Rising Star of Business” by the Las Vegas Business Press in 2015. She has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by the Mountain States Super Lawyers Magazine (2014 - 2017), received a Legal Elite award from Nevada Business Magazine (2013 - 2017), and was named as a Top Lawyer for Estate Planning by Desert Companion Magazine (2014). She has also been recognized by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada in March 2014 as Volunteer of the Month, and inducted into their "50 Hours Club" for providing more than 50 hours of pro bono service in 2014 and 2016.. She has authored a number of published articles and is a regular speaker at local seminars regarding estate planning. She is a member of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada (chair of pro bono committee), the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada, the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. She is also a board member of Wealth Counsel, a national organization of attorneys who are committed to a client-centric approach to estate planning. In addition, she is involved with various community organizations including the Junior League of Las Vegas, P.E.O. Chapter G and the Las Vegas Nebraskans Club.. Ms. Tyler received her Juris Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska. She received her bachelor’s degree with honors from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is admitted to practice in Nevada as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
