He strives to integrate his passions with his career in law to benefit the Las Vegas professional and grass-root motorsports communities.

Mr. Cristalli created and starred in a documentary called “The Defenders,” which highlighted his practice.  The documentary was developed into a CBS network drama entitled “The Defenders” starring Jim Belushi and Jerry O’Connell. Mr. Cristalli served as an executive consultant on the show and consulted extensively on scripts in collaboration with the writers. Mr. Cristalli has made multiple guest appearances on national and local television shows.  He is a legal analyst for MSNBC, and has been interviewed on Larry King Live, Greta Van Susteren and Good Morning America, as well as Fox and Friends in the Morning.  His cases have been featured on Dateline NBC, CBS 48 Hours, Lifetime and Snapped.

Mr. Clayton's areas of practice include insurance coverage/bad faith, commercial litigation, personal injury and collections.. In August of 2000, he graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor of arts in English and a minor in German. In December of 2003, Mr. Clayton graduated from UNLV's Boyd School of Law with a juris doctorate. While attending UNLV, Mr. Clayton earned CALI awards in Lawyering Process III and Environmental Law. Mr. Clayton has been working in the litigation department of MAC Law since 2005. He represents individuals, small and midsize companies and Fortune 500 corporations in both state and federal courts. He is known by his clients to be personally accessible at all times and for taking a personal interest in the outcome of every case.. Although he enjoys litigating a case from start to finish, he especially enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. Having grown up in Europe, he also enjoys learning about other countries and cultures.

Mr. Cardenas was born and raised in Las Vegas. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he received both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, he was a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team and served as an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal. Upon graduating, he received a Dean’s Award and a Scribes Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.. Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Mr. Cardenas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jerome T. Tao of the Nevada Court of Appeals. Mr. Cardenas also worked as a court-appointed attorney for adults who were under or facing guardianship.. In his free time, Mr. Cardenas enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and any other activities that keep him outdoors.

Mr. Calaway is a commercial litigator who advocates for his clients both in and outside of the courtroom, in state and federal court, and at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Calaway represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of complex commercial and corporate litigation areas. His diverse practice areas include: corporate disputes, partnership disputes, business combination disputes, securities and stock transfer disputes, intellectual property disputes, trade secret disputes, contract disputes, business tort disputes, natural resource and water disputes, as well as construction and real estate disputes.. Mr. Calaway graduated from the University of Utah where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, he served as the Managing Editor for the Law Review and earned the Wallis, Randall Law Scholarship. In addition to being selected Dean's List, Mr. Calaway received CALI Excellence Awards in Constitutional law and Legal Writing, and received the Extraordinary Service Honors award for pro bono work.. Before joining Marquis Aurbach, Mr. Calaway served as a judicial extern for the Honorable United States District Court Judge B. Lynn Winmill where he was able to observe all stages of litigation including several high-profile jury trials. Mr. Calaway also worked as a summer associate for a well-known trial lawyer law firm that specializes in high-stakes cases.. When not practicing law, Mr. Calaway spends his time with his wife and three children. He can often be found outdoors riding motorcycles, playing sports, or hitting ski-slopes.
