Mr. Greenberg provides a wide range of services to health care professionals, including counseling them on choosing the best form of entity in which to practice; preparing their employment, partnership and shareholder agreements; and guiding them on how to structure their business arrangements so as not to violate federal and state fraud, abuse, self-referral, and professional misconduct laws. He is also particularly skilled at assisting health care professionals in the purchase, sale, and dissolution of their professional practices; helping them understand the intricacies of the malpractice insurance world; and counseling them on the myriad of other business and legal issues that confront them daily.
