Matt Erjavec is a native Floridian who graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Business Management and received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. I caught the bug to practice law while working as a litigation paralegal with a major law firm after college.  Following law school (and with no prior military background), I embarked on a journey as an active duty Army JAG attorney.  Throughout my eight years as a "soldier-lawyer," I got my feet wet (literally and figuratively), gained lots of good court room experience (prosecuting and later defending soldiers at courts-martial), and also repeatedly pushed myself out of my comfort zone.  Perhaps the most exhilirating and scary part of my job was the opportunity to regularly jump out of perfectly good airplanes..
