I was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  I went to college in California at Claremont McKenna College.  I went to Law School at Cornell Law School.  I worked for a few years at an excellent large firm in Dallas, Texas.  Ultimately, however, I made the somewhat counter-cultural decision to return home to Las Cruces, New Mexico to work with my father.  We have a very diverse practice that includes work for many of the community banks in the area, work for the City of Las Cruces, and both litigation and transactional assistance for large companies, small businesses, and individuals throughout Southern New Mexico and West Texas.  I have cases in all levels of state court as well as federal court in New Mexico.  I have also retained my license in Texas and always have a few matters going in Texas, mainly El Paso.   There are only a few areas of law in which I do not practice, and I enjoy the challenge of working on something new every day.  I also enjoy being able to help people in the community resolve their legal problems in as efficient and affordable way as possible.
