In addition to her private practice, Aviva has held significant positions in the legal and political arenas. She served as General Counsel for the Nevada State Democratic Party from 1998 to 2002 and was a member of the Nevada Judicial Conduct Commission. Aviva is a respected speaker and has provided seminars on Nevada receiverships for attorneys and judges in the Eighth Judicial District Court. She has also conducted seminars for the Nevada Legal Aid Center's Small Business Project Seminar, SCORE, the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, the Nevada Women's Chamber of Commerce, and the Women's Business Enterprise Council.. Aviva plays an active role in the business community and holds leadership positions in various organizations. She recently served as the chairperson for the Henderson Chamber of Commerce, where she was named board member of the year in 2017. Aviva also continues to serve as chair of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee, leveraging her connections and knowledge to benefit her clients. Her involvement with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce and her extensive network within the business community have greatly contributed to her effectiveness as an attorney.. Furthermore, Aviva is dedicated to giving back to the community and serves as a board member of the Henderson Community Foundation, the Henderson Library Foundation, and the Southern Nevada Law Enforcement Memorial Foundation. Through her work at Gordon Law Firm, she actively contributes to the growth and development of the southern Nevada community, including in her roles as acting Co-chair for the Advocacy Committee for National Association of Women Business Owners and as a Board of Director for Nevada Business Opportunity Fund.. Attorney Warren J. Geller received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. He also holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both history and political science.
