Carl is a California native who has proudly called Las Vegas home since 2008. He earned degrees from the University Southern California’s top-tier business program and the University of Oregon School of Law (on scholarship). Carl is an attorney with successful litigation experience, including cases arising from motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, complex/toxic tort, product liability, contract and insurance bad-faith matters. He spent much of his legal career, including 7 years with two of the largest insurance defense firms, obtaining favorable results for corporations and insurers..
