Christopher (Chris) Joseph is the Managing Member of Joseph, Hollander & Craft LLC, where he chairs the firm’s criminal defense practice group. Brennan P. Fagan, born Topeka, Kansas, January 21, 1975; Brennan graduated from Washburn Rural High School in Topeka, Kansas in 1993.  Brennan graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science in 1998 and from the University Of Kansas School Of Law in 2001.  Admitted to bar, 2001, Kansas; 2002, Missouri; also admitted to practice before U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Preparatory and legal education, University of Kansas (B.A., 1998; J.D., 2001). Member: Douglas County Bar, The Kansas Bar, and The Missouri Bar.  Brennan specializes in commercial and business litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury litigation and business transactions.

After growing up in Iowa, I moved to Lawrence, Kansas in 1997 to attend the University of Kansas.  Upon graduation, I became a police officer in Prairie Village, Kansas for four years before going back to school to get my law degree, again at KU.. I have practiced law in several different jobs since graduating in 2008 and recently started my own firm in late 2015.  I handle criminal defense cases, ranging from traffic tickets to misdemeanors and felonies, and I also handle some family law cases, as well as drafting some simple legal documents.. I am currently licensed in the State of Kansas to practice law, and I handle cases in the Lawrence/Kansas City/Topeka metropolitan areas as well as surrounding counties.

After 45+ years of helping people resolve their problems, dilemmas, and obstacles to success and/or contentment, I am ready to retire. Consequently, I'm not taking new clients as of 01-Nov-2021. To all I was able to help, I thank you for your trust and, of course, your money. To the few I was unable to help, I'm truly sorry that the best I could do wasn't enough to get what you sought. I retire with many memories and emotions, some that give me pride and satisfaction, a few that I'd like to forget. I wish I could retire with as much pride in the legal profession as I had when I started but, unfortunately, the past decade has shown me too many lawyers whose character and motivation have convinced me that it's high time to get out. I refuse to sell my soul, my integrity, and my honor, and I decline to participate in an arena where the highest honors go not to those who achieve justice but to those who garner the most fees.
