My name is Destiny McHughes and I am the owner and Managing Member of Destiny Law Firm, PLLC. I worked for the McHughes Law Firm in third party debt collections for 20 years. A few years ago I decided that I needed to be in a position to better help people with their legal problems. Hence, I went to law school and recently graduated from UALR Bowen School of Law. After passing the Arkansas Bar Exam, I opened my own firm. We are a boutique firm that caters to a variety of legal needs. I have a long-standing history of community outreach and I thoroughly enjoy helping fellow members of our community. I volunteer regularly and even started a Mentor program at the local juvenile detention center. It’s important to me to be able to help others and guide our youth to a better path and better opportunities in life. Similarly, it’s important to me to be able to help and guide my clients through what can be some of the most difficult times of their lives. I started practicing law in 1982.. Starting the first day I began practicing law, I’ve been asked:  “What’s your success rate?”  Tough question?  Not really.  My success rate is far above most.  And its all about one thing:  Preparation.  Preparation makes a bad lawyer good, a good lawyer great and a great lawyer greater.  I been the lead attorney on cases that have been in the national news:  United States v. Celani was featured on ABC’s 20/20 and mentioned in the New Yorker magazine; Coleman v. Watt a lawsuit filed in federal court against a city judge who ordered the police to impound a car if the license plate was expired was featured on the Phil Donahue Show.  In State of Arkansas v. Kelvin Meeks was featured on the television magazine Hardcopy.. I fight hard for my clients…never too hard, there’s no such thing. For over 30 years, I have battled with law enforcement officers, only to turn around and represent them when they are in trouble.   And I do it within the bounds of the law and in a professional manner.  (Although I might have gone too far when I was quoted in the newspaper as saying, “There’s a criminal element in the Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department”.  And then there was the time I represented the first female sergeant with the North Little Rock Police Department. She was charged with perjury and that was later dismissed.  Afterwards, when I sued the police department in federal court I was quoted as saying, “She’s gonna own a fleet of police cars when this is over.”).

Harrison Kemp was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and returned here after law school to raise his own family in the town he knows and trusts. As a third-generation Little Rock trial lawyer, Harrison has the experience and network to handle almost any legal matter that affects his clients. He began his career working with his father in 2008 and, in 2014, he went into practice with Jack Wagoner and Angela Mann at the law firm of Wagoner Mann & Kemp, PLLC.

Chad a founding partner of Green & Gillispie, Attorneys at Law, in Little Rock, and has over twelve years of extensive trial experience involving complex issues in a wide variety of  cases.. Chad grew up in central Arkansas, graduated from the University of Arkansas, and earned his Juris Doctoris degree, while on the dean’s list, from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (one of the top 20 law schools in the United States according to U.S. News and World Reports). He is licensed in both state and federal court.. Chad has been selected as one of the Super Lawyers Mid-South Rising Stars—only 2.5% of attorneys are selected for this honor.  Also, Chad has been selected by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the top 40 lawyers in Arkansas under 40.. Bonnie Robertson opened her practice, Robertson Law Firm, PLLC, in 2001.  She has since joined with her partners, Christopher Oswalt and Brianna Nony, to form Robertson, Oswalt & Nony, PLLC. The firm practices primarily family law, but Chris Oswalt handles estate and probate law as well.

As an athlete, I am as competitive as it gets. I played basketball from the time I could walk all the way through college. I took every loss personally and spent hours in the gym practicing. Basketball taught me how to capitalize on my losses and to always work harder to achieve my goals. I apply this dedication to my position at Taylor & Taylor Law Firm, P.A.. Before joining the firm, I worked in accounting; I initially went to law school to become a tax attorney. After only two days of working for a family law attorney during law school, however, I knew I had found my calling. I enjoy practicing in the area of family law because I feel that I can make a difference in some of the most intimate aspects of a person’s life. I enjoy working hard for my clients to ensure that their story is heard and the competitiveness that comes along with it.. The majority of my leisure time is spent with my family, mostly at church or competing in games like Rook, Dominoes, Monopoly, Spades…the list goes on. Also, my husband has somehow convinced me to start playing golf with him every weekend, which I have quickly learned is a very frustrating sport!
