My practice is limited to the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs Planning and Estate Planning, with over 30 years experience with aging and disability issues. My name is Destiny McHughes and I am the owner and Managing Member of Destiny Law Firm, PLLC. I worked for the McHughes Law Firm in third party debt collections for 20 years. Mike Rainwater was born and raised in North Little Rock, Arkansas and is a graduate of North Little Rock High School.  He obtained his undergraduate degree at Louisiana Tech University in 1972, and went on to graduate from the South Texas College of Law in 1979.  While attending law school, Mike was a member of Phi Alpha Delta.. Matthew Mentgen received his Juris Doctorate with High Honors from William H. Lyndsey D. Dilks grew up in Gillett, Arkansas, and attended GillettHigh School until she was accepted into the charter class of the Arkansas School of Math and Science.
