Michael Cornett joined ILP+ Arkansas in June 2015. Michael’s area of practice focuses on probate, post-mortem administration, and estate planning. Prior to joining ILP+, Michael worked with Ralph G. Brodie for nearly 20 years.  A graduate of Hendrix College, Michael has a B.A in English (1985) and attended Syracuse University College of Law where he graduated with a Juris Doctor  in International Law (1988).. Michael advises clients with respect to a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, trust administration, and probate. As the Funding Coordinator, Michael oversees the transfer of assets from an individual’s name to the name of their trusts. The primary goal of funding is to avoid probate and to protect a client’s privacy and to reduce post-mortem expenses.

I'm a retired Air Force officer and pilot who transitioned into civilian leadership roles and have a passion for law and serving my clients.  I've been a company president, on a the board at a publicly traded bank, and chief operating officer of several companies.

Harrison Kemp was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas and returned here after law school to raise his own family in the town he knows and trusts. As a third-generation Little Rock trial lawyer, Harrison has the experience and network to handle almost any legal matter that affects his clients. He began his career working with his father in 2008 and, in 2014, he went into practice with Jack Wagoner and Angela Mann at the law firm of Wagoner Mann & Kemp, PLLC.

George N. Plastiras is currently of counsel with ILP+ Arkansas, the Arkansas offices of  McChain Miller Nissman.  Previously the sole owner of Plastiras Law Firm, George was admitted to the Arkansas Bar in 1961 and to the United States Tax Court in 1965. George is a graduate of  Little Rock Junior College where he earned his Associate Degree (1952); he then continued his education at the University of Arkansas where he completed a B.S.B.A. (1954) followed by a Juris Doctor (1961). He then earned his L.L.M. in Taxation (1964) at Georgetown University
