Cassie has spent the majority of her life in the Richmond, Virginia area.  After growing up in Hanover County, Cassie attended Virginia Commonwealth University.   She majored in both Political Science and International Studies and obtained her Bachelor of Arts from VCU.  Immediately following graduation, Cassie began her study of law.  Three years later, she was awarded her Juris Doctor degree from University of Richmond, T.C.
