I started my legal career after leaving the consumer banking industry and graduating law school as a hearing officer for the state of Tennessee. I presided over the TennCare disenrollment process to ensure due process was given to all the citizens of Tennessee the state was attempting to disenroll from TennCare. I transititoned to a second government attorney position within the state of Tennessee serving as an Assistant District Attorney General in Shelby County appointed by William Gibbons. I left the DA's office in 2007 and went into private practice. I have successfully practiced my negotion skills and complex trial tactics in the state and federal courts throughout Tennessee.
