I have been a resident of Snohomish County for the majority of 55 years.  I have also lived in British Columbia, Pullman, Washington and London, England.  I have worked as a mortgage broker, a consultant to trial attorneys and as a sole practitioner attorney since 2006.. It is my intent to serve the legal needs of the people in this community.  To that end I practice in a broad range of legal issues:  Family Law, Criminal Accusations, Contract Law, Personal Injury Claims and more.. In early 2022, Katherine Czubakowski began her legal career at The Law Offices of Tresa A. Sadler as a Rule 9 intern. After successfully passing the Washington Bar, she advanced to Junior Associate Attorney, serving clients across state and tribal jurisdictions. Katherine holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law and earned her bachelor’s degrees in Public Policy and Music from Gettysburg College in 2017. In 2022 she was sworn into both the Washington State Bar Association and the Tulalip Tribal Court bar, reflecting her commitment to a wide range of legal communities.

I have practiced law in Snohomish County for over 35 years. I have served as a judge pro tem, commissioner pro tem, and arbitrator in the Snohomish County Superior Court for over 25 years. I'm a member of the Washington State Bar Association, and the Snohomish County Bar Association, and am admitted to all of the Washington courts, including the Washington Supreme Court, and all the federal courts, including the US Supreme Court. I've been a member of the board of trustees for the Snohomish County Bar Association and the judicial liaison. I am a founding member of the ADR section of the Snohomish County Bar Association. I have been a mediator for over 20 years. When I'm not practicing law, I'm skiing, golf, biking, and/or cheering on my alma mater, Notre Dame!
