Nate Holloway was born and raised in Missoula, MT. He grew up in the heart of the university area, a few blocks from campus. Nate graduated from Hellgate High School in 2002 and then enrolled at the University of Montana. During college, Nate broadened his ties to the Missoula community by working at the UC Market and bartending at Stockman’s Bar.. In 2006, Nate received his BA in political science, with honors, from the University of Montana. Nate attended law school at a small private school in Ohio and graduated with distinction in the top 15% of his class. In addition to his studies, Nate worked for a law firm, served on the Law Review Editorial Board, and he was a constitutional law TA.. In addition to his academic record, Nate is an experienced attorney. From 2011 through the beginning of 2023, Nate worked for a leading criminal defense and personal injury firm in downtown Missoula. He graduated from college and law school at the University of Montana. Justin was admitted to the State Bar of Montana in 1999.. After working in Helena at the Montana Supreme Court, the District Court, and the Montana School Boards Association, Justin moved to Missoula and began private practice.. In 2009, Justin argued a case before the United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, in which the Court held an insurance company must pay attorney fees if it denies a person the full benefit of the insurance policy.

I was raised in the great state of Tennessee and attended law school at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. I commissioned as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps in 2009 and served this great country as a Marine Corps Judge Advocate until 2017. During my Marine Corps career I worked as a defense counsel in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, defending Marines charged with crimes and also as a criminal prosecutor at Camp Pendleton, California, handling some of the most complex criminal cases Camp Pendleton had to offer.. Chris is a fourth generation Montanan who was born and raised in Missoula. Chris has worked in many different fields. He has held several positions at a local credit union and in the construction industry. He also worked in sales. Chris is a graduate of the University of Montana three times over with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication, a Master of Public Administration, and Juris Doctor degree.. Chris has worked in the labor arena since law school. During law school he interned at a labor law firm in Seattle, WA. After he graduated, Chris worked at Liberty Mutual in Missoula, MT, handling Workers’ Compensation claims. At Liberty, Chris received awards and recognition for his work within the company and the Montana Workers’ Compensation system.. After four years at Liberty, Chris decided he wanted to help people who had been hurt in accidents, rather than represent the interests of an insurance company. Since 2007, Chris has pursued a narrow practice focused on personal injury and Workers’ Compensation claims. Bradley J. Jones and his wife Brenda have been married for more than twenty years and are raising their four sons and one daughter in the Bitterroot.  Following his first career in construction (carpenter/construction management/contractor)  In January 2018 Brad purchased the Law Offices of Joan E. Cook and formed Jones & Cook Attorneys at Law.  Taking advantage of past experience, Brad’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation disputes, family law matters, estate planning/admisintration, and personal injury claims.  Brad graduated from the University of Montana School of Law in December 2013 and has been admitted to practice law in Montana and North Dakota. In law school Brad was the President of the UM Military Legal Society and Vice President of the Willamette chapter of the J. Ruben Clark Law Society.
