Todd Mallette is originally from Niceville, Florida and he is a graduate of the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. Todd has been practicing in Alabama since 1999 and in Mississippi since 2012. He graduated from Mississippi College School of Law. Todd Mallette is married and has two young children.

Rhonda Kinard, an Alabama native, has practiced law for several years in Alabama and Virginia courts. In 1999, she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. After college, Dr. Kinard earned a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, graduating amid the top of her class. She graduated from Regent University School of Business, earning a Masters in Business Administration, cum laude. Finally, she graduated from Northcentral University, earning a Ph.D in Business with a specialization in Criminal Justice. While at Regent Law, Dr. Kinard interned at the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia, for the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson. I  grew up with a father in the Air Force and has lived all over the United States. At 30 years old, she decided to attend law school. I attended law school full time and worked night jobs, all while being a mother to a young daughter and a wife. I graduated from The Birmingham School of Law in 1998 and has been with The Mims Firm since 2001. I spent 2 years as a prosecutor in the Mobile County D.A.'s office in 1989 -1990 prosecuting all levels of offenses (from writing bad checks to murder).
