Winslow is a native of Mobile, Alabama and graduated from McGill -Toolen Catholic High School. She attended Spring Hill College and graduated Magna Cum Laude with Honors while earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. At Spring Hill, she was named the Presidential Scholar recipient in the field of Business Administration. As a college student, Winslow tutored at area schools, prepared tax returns for disadvantaged citizens, as well as raised money for charities including St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  After graduating from Spring Hill College in 2011, Winslow attended the University of Alabama School of Law in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Rhonda Kinard, an Alabama native, has practiced law for several years in Alabama and Virginia courts.
