Raley L. Bobby Rives is a native of Huntsville, Alabama, and was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1996. He received his B.S.B.A. from Auburn University in Montgomery in 1990 and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Alabama in 1996. While at the University of Alabama, Bobby was a Student Editor for the American Journal of Tax Policy. In addition, Bobby was awarded the University of Alabama Federal Tax Clinic Scholarship.. Bobby concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and finance, with a special emphasis on real estate development and commercial lending. He regularly advises clients in the acquisition, development and operation of a variety of commercial and residential real estate projects, such as shopping centers, multifamily properties, condominiums, mixed-use developments and traditional neighborhood developments. Further, Bobby represents landlords and tenants in all types of commercial leasing negotiations.. April Dunaway Wise concentrates her practice in the area of estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and special needs planning and settlement planning. She also handles other probate court matters including guardianships, conservatorships, and adoptions. April received her bachelor’s degree in accounting, cum laude, from Auburn University in 2004 and her juris doctorate, magna cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law in 2008. A native of Enterprise, Alabama, April served on the Editorial Board of the Cumberland Law Review as the Symposium Editor and served as an Abraham Caruthers Fellow for Cumberland’s Legal Research and Writing program. While in law school, April also served as President of the Christian Legal Society. In addition to the practice of law, April has served as an adjunct professor at Auburn University Montgomery where she taught Estate Planning to upper-level under-graduate students and graduate students.
