Rev. 1163 (2010).. He is a member of the Alabama State Bar Association, the Tuscaloosa County Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Alabama. He is a current member and past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Alabama State Bar Association, and speaks regularly to legal and community groups regarding elder law, estate planning, and probate issues.. Raley is originally from Tuscaloosa, and currently lives in Montgomery with his wife, Sally, and their two daughters.
