My current practice includes representation of attorneys with licensing and related bar issues; Plaintiff’s professional negligence, including legal and medical malpractice; and a general litigation practice.  I also serve as a jury consultant and assist other attorneys with trial and witness preparation. I was named a “Rising Star” by Atlanta Magazine in 2005 and a “Super Lawyer” in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.. Before founding The Jensen Firm in the spring of 2014, I practiced as member of Jones, Jensen & Harris for fourteen years.  Prior to 2000 I worked in boutique litigation practices that practiced in the areas of contract and business litigation; health care law, fraud and abuse; qui tam litigation; zoning and land use; and employment discrimination.  My practice has focused extensively on civil litigation and appeals in both state and federal courts..
