After High School I became a paramedic and worked in the Chicagoland area for about five years, when I went back to school. After several years of college, I enlisted in the United States Air Force, where I became a Chinese Linguist. While stationed in Washington DC, I attended law school in the evenings at American University, earning my Juris Doctor and graduating Cum Laude.. Upon my retirement from the Air Force, I returned home to Chicago with my wife and five kids to practice law.
