Asima M. Through her employment and real world experiences, Angela quickly learned that not every situation can be worked out mutually.  However, in today’s society, most civil attorneys have never gone to trial.  Angela understands the importance of mediation but also believes that an attorney should be well rounded for situations when trial is necessary.  As such, Angela has valuable trial experience which can assist when non-contested matters become contested.  In addition to mediating hundreds of cases, Angela has extensive experience in trial preparation and has completed numerous civil trials (both jury and non-jury).. Most importantly, Angela's goal is to help good people in difficult situations. In the last 10 years, Angela has helped hundreds of individuals from the Central Florida area.  Wanting to reach out and help more people, Angela opened her own law firm in 2011.. When not helping clients, Angela spends her time volunteering for her community association, doing pro bono work for the Legal Aid Society, and spending time with family and friends.  Angela also enjoys photography and pottery.

Andrew is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy who went on to serve as a Naval Engineering Officer.  Andrew served aboard several warships in support of global maritime operations and, fluent in Japanese, served as a liaison officer between the U.S. and Japanese navies.   Andrew went on to attend Florida State University College of Law and is currently a candidate for a Master’s of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida.. Andrew is actively involved in Startup Community and local inventors clubs in Central and South Florida.  He represents several Startup companies including Shark Tank participants, and regularly lectures on intellectual property matters to various organizations including The Association of University Technology Managers, Inventors Society of South Florida, Inventors Council of Central Florida, and numerous inventor podcasts.

Andrew ("Drew") Parker Felix has national litigation experience and a hands-on approach that benefits various clientele. He is experienced in issues involving products liability, personal injury, white-collar criminal defense and internet gaming law. He has also participated in individual tobacco litigation cases and had extensive involvement in Fen-Phen pharmaceutical litigation.. Mr. Felix previously worked with a prestigious statewide law firm and was a founding member of that firm's Tampa office. While there, his practice concentrated on the areas of personal injury defense and complex commercial litigation. He also served as outside assistant general counsel for a large Florida-based automotive service provider and handled all of its litigation nationwide, including but not limited to "rollover" cases. Additionally, Mr. Felix represented a leading pharmaceutical care company in connection with criminal and civil investigations by multiple United States Attorneys Offices and state attorney generals concerning allegations of healthcare fraud. He is well-versed in the Florida Deceptive Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA) and was instrumental in negotiating a significant settlement in a recent defamation case.. Aside from his litigation focus, Mr. Felix handles matters for his clients in the entertainment arena.
