Ms. Davidson graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in the top of her class. Ms. Davidson's prior experience in employment law, bankruptcy law, and commercial litigation give her a well-rounded perspective when advising clients related to community association issues. She had represented community associations in a large variety of matters including enforcement matters, governing document rewrites and amendments, and Fair Housing Act compliance matters. She also represents developers and builders related to community association matters. Ms. Davidson is a long time Park City local with strong ties to the community.

I have been involved in real estate for a majority of my life and developed a passion for all things real estate at a young age. Even as a teenager, I worked for a real estate investor who bought and sold real property all over the western United States. Prior to law school, I worked as a real estate agent in Park City working on several new projects. That interest carried into law school where I focused entirley on real estate, land use, zoning, and business law matters. I love what I do and especially where I live, which provides unfettered access to the ski resorts, hiking trails, lakes, and some of the best fishing I have ever experienced.

I focus on community association law, real estate, and business litigation. I have extensive homeowners’ association and condominium law experience representing associations, owners, and developers.  I represent numerous homeowner and condominium associations and have experience drafting new rules and regulations, amending and updating CC&Rs, helping boards with corporate governance and proper decision making, helping board members understand relevant laws, enforcing restrictive covenants, and representing associations in litigation. On the homeowner side, have successfully represented homeowners in disputes against HOAs on a variety of matters including claims for and against arbitrary and capricious enforcement, reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act, fights over rental restrictions, disputing imposition of thousands of dollars in fines for alleged violations, and failure to follow the CC&Rs.. I also work with clients on real estate matters including purchase and sale agreements, due diligence, easement issues, purchase options, and litigation over failed real estate transactions, construction defects, and negligent non-disclosure of defects.. I try to help clients solve problems short of litigation by thinking outside the box and working collaboratively to resolve disputes. But sometimes there is no choice but to push ahead with litigation, and I can litigate your matter through trial in a cost-effective way.. I received my J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and my bachelor’s degree from University of Chicago. I am currently licensed in Utah, Florida, and Washington state.
