My name is Jiung Bang and I was born in South Korea. I moved to the US as a child and as a result I understand cultural differences and language barriers. Life can also be complex and people can be complicated. Moving to a different country is a difficult transition that presents many challenges. I experienced that transition and I want to help others with it as well. That's why I practice immigration law.. I am also a Christian. And although that can create political and social divide in today's world, it is important to me that others know that Jesus is who encourages me to serve rather than be served. My goal in life is not to gain money, power, or fame, but it is to serve those who have been placed around me.. My legal-business knowledge and experience primarily is (i) business, (ii) corporate, (iii) contract, (iv) mergers & acquisiitons, (v) regulatory and (vi) transactions. My strong interest is helping clients start, build, grow and counsel their businesses, based on my 33 years plus extensive experience as a business executive, corporate attorney and private practioner. The four primary areas of my law practice is with respect to (i)  automated transfer of money (ATM) and electronic transfer of funds (ETF), (ii) liquor law distillers, brewers, distributors and retailers, (iii) general business and corporate counseling, and (iv) all types of merger & acquisiiton transactions.

My approach to practicing law is to make it as stress-free as possible for my clients. That means that I have created an environment where working with my firm is understandable, approachable and pleasant.. I have been practicing law for approximately 15 years and my area of specialization is estate planning, which includes the drafting of wills, trusts and also handling probate matters. As mentioned previously, taking care of my clients is my top priority, and as such, I charge a flat fee for nearly all of the clients that I work with.. We do not charge for new clients consultations and I do not "bill" clients when they call me to answer a simple question!
