She advised the Emergency Management Agency worked with Finance, Pension, Engineering, and Alcohol Commissions, as well as Public Works, Police, and Fire Departments. Felicia was also instrumental in the establishment and implementation of a new tax collection system for the City of Memphis.After being blessed with a set of twins Felicia came back to her roots here in Knoxville.
