I have worked with clients to obtain patent protection on ideas ranging from high-technology military electronics, computer networks, internet business methods, digital and analog electronics, communication systems, IC manufacture and design, medical devices, power management, microturbines, air bearings, animation techniques, and digital cinema to pre-fabricated wall sections for building construction and musical instruments. My broad technical experience coupled with my business experience provides clients a valuable perspective for identifying, capturing, protecting and exploiting their intellectual property. I also counsel industry leading organizations how to develop and run formal IP management programs.

I am a local resident of San Bernardino County. I graduated from Chaffey High School, where several of my other family members attended and graduated from, including my great-great grandmother, and my great-grandmother. I have a long family history here and am dedicated to serving the community. Once I graduated Chaffey High School I left for the shores of La Jolla and attended the University of California, San Diego, where I worked nearly full time and juggled numerous jobs, including a job in the courthouse. I then graduated a quarter early, and prepared myself to leave the West Coast and start law school in New York City. I attended New York Law School, had a two-year internship and worked extensively with the Alumni Association. I graduated in 2012 and made my way back to the West Coast, where I now permanently reside with my son and my doggy.

I am a local Attorney here in Rancho Cucamonga and do travel to other courts through out the Inland Empire, Orange, and LA counties. I grew up in Pomona and later became a San Bernardino County Sheriff working patrol, jails, courts, and detectives..
