After graduating law school in 2004, I served as a judicial law clerk for a Justice on the Virginia Supreme Court.  After finishing my clerkship, I went into private practice working for one of the largest defense firms in Virginia.  We were a defense firm that insurance companies called to defend their lawsuits.  While working for a defense firm, I gained a lot of incredible trial experience as well as invaluable insight into how insurance companies value and defend claims.  However, I quickly grew tired of defending insurance companies that prioritized saving money over doing what was right.  I started my own firm, and shifted my focus toward helping individuals and businesses in my community who had been wronged or injured by others.
