Stuart Pearson is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He is married to Audrey Pearson and has three daughters. When not handling legal matters for people, Stuart greatly enjoys spending time with his family. He has coached all three of his daughters in soccer and lacrosse and still coaches the youngest. Stuart also enjoys running in his spare time. He completed his one and only marathon in Richmond in 2012.

Benjamin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Liberty University, graduating summa cum laude.. He received his Juris Doctor from Liberty University School of law, where he graduated summa cum laude, at the top of his class.. Benjamin previously served as a police officer with the City of Rocky Mount, North Carolina and as a Deputy with the Dare County Sheriff’s Office. There he served in a variety of roles, including Uniformed Patrol, School Resource Officer, Field Training Officer, General Law Enforcement Instructor, and Specialized Subject Control and Arrest Techniques Instructor.
