He is married to Audrey Pearson and has three daughters. When not handling legal matters for people, Stuart greatly enjoys spending time with his family. He has coached all three of his daughters in soccer and lacrosse and still coaches the youngest. Stuart also enjoys running in his spare time. He completed his one and only marathon in Richmond in 2012.

The center in Roanoke VA is awesome. I drive an hour and a half to test and the whole way down I had this test on my mind. Well my first time I passed now I say it was because of the atmosphere and of course studying. This is my ideal place to take a test at. The women there were so relaxing and kind.
