Garrett is a California native. He spent 2 years living in Peru where he became fluent in Spanish. Garrett attended Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, Utah on scholarship where he received his BA in Spanish and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at BYU. While attending law school on scholarship, Garrett clerked for Utah’s 4th District Court where he researched and wrote bench memos for the judges. A native of Indiana, Seth completed his BS in Exercise Physiology at Utah Valley University where he spent the majority of his semesters on the Dean’s List..
