I have 30 years experience successfully challenging wills, trusts, and winning contested guardian and conservator cases. I began my practice in 1988 as a private practioner concentrating in Probate and Family law. In 2006, I was selected to serve as Assistant Majority Counsel for the Michigan Senate, with a focus in probate law, where I assisted in writing much of the probate law that exists today.. In 2009, I joined the Oakland County Probate Court as Judicial Staff Attorney for the Honorable Daniel A.
