While in law school, I was involved in a car crash. A woman was texting on her phone and crashed into the back of my car while I was stopped at a red light. Going through the hassle and headache of the legal process alone made me realize just how difficult it is to pursue a claim against an insurance company. I decided that I wanted to be the voice for those who have been injured and speak up to the insurance companies in order to ensure that fair and adequate compensation is received.
