My practice focuses on representing physicians, dentists, and other health care providers in business transactions and regulatory compliance matters.  I have represented health care professionals in forming, maintaining, and selling their clinical practices, real estate investments, ambulatory surgical centers, and other joint ventures.  I regularly assists clients in structuring transactions to comply with federal anti-kickback and Stark laws, as well as state anti-rebate, self-referral, and corporate practice of medicine laws. Ms. Hurt was admitted to practice in the State of Washington in 2013. She earned her Juris Doctor Cum Laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2013 and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington in 2010..
