Someone that actually takes cases to trial in front of a jury and puts the fear of you know what in the insurance companies and other entities.. When choosing the right trial lawyer for a catastrophic injury or death case, why not hire the trial lawyer that other lawyers routinely select for their firm's biggest cases. We are that firm.. Arash Homampour is the founder and trial lawyer of The Homampour Law Firm. The Homampour Law Firm is considered one of the premier law firms in the state of California. Our firm only handles a limited number of cases, all on a contingency fee basis, which allows us to provide the highest level of service.. Our primary area of focus is catastrophic injury/wrongful death. We’ve handled cases and trials throughout California involving car accidents (including trucks, motorcycles, buses, bicycles and pedestrians), premises liability, construction site accidents, product liability and dangerous roadways. We have the skill and means to handle large-value (seven and eight figure) claims and cases involving brain and spinal cord injuries, burn injuries, chronic pain, amputations and wrongful death.. Some of Arash Homampour’s recognitions include the following:
The Homampour Law Firm is a boutique firm specializing in plaintiff representation. Our firm's seven attorneys share a passion for the practice of law and are dedicated to being available to our clients at all times. We don't view our firm as a business; rather, we are a professional corporation composed of highly talented and experienced attorneys and legal staff. We have a simple goal: to get our clients the best possible results by taking every single case with the intention of going to trial. And, we never give up and have successfully appealed cases to the California Supreme Court.. Powerful Advocates For The UnderdogOur Los Angeles, California, law firm specializes in "underdog" or "David vs. Goliath" litigation. We often represent one individual client or family who is taking on a public entity, large employer, industry, or manufacturer in an effort to change or stop unlawful or unsafe conduct for the good of others and the community.. We have a successful track record in these types of complex matters, demonstrated by our case results.. A Solid Reputation In The Legal CommunityThe majority of our firm's cases are referrals from other attorneys who recognize our technical and financial resources, reputation and ability to take difficult, expensive, and complex cases to trial. We are frequently sought out by other attorneys to handle cases that involve highly specialized, technical, and complicated issues..
