After law school, I clerked for the South Carolina Supreme Court.  I was particularly interested in the substantive law of divorce proceedings. I maintain that interest, and I am actively involved in trials, mediations, and appeals.  I have also devoted a substantial part of my practice to probate and estate work, to include drafting wills and trusts, handling probate estates, and representing parties in estate litigation.

A passionate advocate for those going through rough times, Wendy Griffith practices primarily in the Family Courts of South Carolina. After graduating from law school, Wendy began practicing law in Virginia focusing on a wide range of complex family law issues. A South Carolina native, Wendy returned to the state after marrying her husband, a local business owner. In South Carolina, Wendy has continued to represent clients in local family and circuit courts. Through her career, she has handled a variety of matters including child support, child custody, alimony, property division and divorce. A native of Spartanburg and graduate of Spartanburg High, Mr. Turner received a double major from Clemson University. He worked two years as a clerk at Alston & Bird in Atlanta before attending Loyola University School of Law. He completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Sol Blatt, Jr. in the United States District Court. Mr. Turner is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell.  Noel is a 2013 graduate of Leadership Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce.  He began his legal career at Burts Turner & Rhodes in 1998, and is a full equity partner in the firm.
