Since I was a child I defended the underdog, getting myself into trouble by fighting battles that weren’t my own. Bullies, schoolyard thieves, and other would-be wrongdoers were never a match for my sense of justice and my willingness to stand up for the little guy. I just can’t mind my own business when I see injustice, so the law was the perfect path for me. Every day I can take pride in the fact that my job is to take care of people who for one reason or another can’t stand up for themselves. I am dedicated to helping you and your loved one through life’s legal battles.
Since 1992, I have narrowed the scope of my practice to plaintiff's injury litigation, business, fraud litigation and criminal defense in state and federal court. During the last 21 years, I have continued to practice before the state and federal courts of Washington, Idaho and Montana.
