After nearly 2 years of training, I was stationed in the Republic of Panama for just over 3 years and flew over 2000 hours on C-130 Hercules aircraft as an enlisted crewmember. I spent the balance of my second enlistment in San Angelo, Texas, at the Cryptologic Technical Training Center, Goodfellow AFB, where I was the NCO in Charge of Air Force Cryptologic training. I was a Technical Sergant (E-6) and a Master Training Instructor when I got out.. My wife and I moved to Spokane, WA, where she worked for Hastings Entertainment and I attended Gonzaga University School of Law. We have been here ever since.. In addition to being a Zag Basketball Fan, I am a Third Degree Black Belt in American Kenpo. I was the Head Instructor and owner of Spokane Kenpo Karate, an affilliate of the American Kenpo Training Association for a number of years. I had to turn over the leadership of my school because of my work schedule.

Originally from Anaheim, California, I moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University for my undergraduate degree.  After graduation, I attended George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia.  I started my career as a prosecutor for the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.  I moved back to Spokane in 2010 and became licensed to practice law in Washington.

My practice focuses primarily on transactional real estate and general corporate matters. My experience includes the purchase and sale, leasing, financing, and developing of commercial real property and the review and preparation of easements, covenants, loan documents, water right instruments and other documents affecting title to real property.
