His work with closely-held companies includes business formation planning, private financings, general corporate compliance, and executing the purchase or sale of a business. He also represent clients in commercial transactions such as software and patent licensing agreements, development agreements, OEM and distribution agreements, supply agreements and agreements for software implementation services.
