Thereafter, Mr. Delgado transferred to his hometown school of UNLV Boyd School of Law where he obtained his second CALI award for academic excellence in Constitutional Law. He graduated from UNLV Boyd School of Law in 2021, sat for the July 2021 Nevada bar examination, and passed on his first attempt.. Before joining Marquis Aurbach, Mr. Delgado practiced law in a wide scope of practice areas but primarily specializes in business litigation, premises liability, and landlord/tenant law. In Mr. Delgado’s early years of practice, he has gathered extensive court-room experience including sitting second-chair at a jury trial his first year of practice; arguing and obtaining multiple favorable arbitration awards for his clients; and achieving favorable settlements at mediation and/or at the doorsteps of trial.. When not practicing law, Mr. Delgado pursues his passion for cars and professional motorsports. Mr. Cardenas was born and raised in Las Vegas. He graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he received both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate. While in law school, he was a member of the Society of Advocates moot court team and served as an Articles Editor for the Nevada Law Journal. Upon graduating, he received a Dean’s Award and a Scribes Award for Excellence in Legal Writing.. Prior to joining Marquis Aurbach Coffing, Mr. Cardenas served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jerome T. Tao of the Nevada Court of Appeals. Mr. Cardenas also worked as a court-appointed attorney for adults who were under or facing guardianship.. Mr. Arnold is a litigator who focuses his practice on the prosecution and defense of commercial claims on behalf of individuals, businesses, and corporations. Mr. Arnold also enjoys an extensive appellate practice, representing municipalities in civil rights defense matters before the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Arnold also handles NRS 108/mechanic’s lien and construction defect matters for both homeowners and contractors, and has experience in handing NRS 239/public records matters.. Mr. Arnold joined Marquis Aurbach upon his admission to the State Bar of Nevada. He obtained his law degree from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School, where he served as a Research Editor for the George Mason Law Review. Prior to going to law school, he worked for a public affairs firm in Washington D.C. Mr. Arnold graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College with a B.A. in Government..
