Kathryn Gentle was born and raised in Mountain Brook, Alabama. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama, Kathryn went on to complete her legal studies at the University of Alabama School of Law.. After law school, Kathryn became licensed to practice law in Georgia, where she resided for several years. Thereafter, Kathryn lived in Detroit, Michigan and Bend, Oregon. After going through her own divorce, Kathryn moved back to her hometown in Alabama. Attorney Christopher S. Beard was born in Enterprise Alabama and moved to Birmingham to raise his children in the North Shelby/Jefferson County area.. Through his many successful businesses and diverse work experience, he has gained an interest in and become extremely proficient in aggressively protecting assets, acquisitions, construction litigation, business, and estate planning. Chris has a great deal of experience representing Auto-Owners, Progressive, State Farm, various other Insurance Companies, and has negotiated/closed many multi-million dollar transactions and acquisitions. Growing up, he was raised by self-employed parents that were prominent general contractors along the panhandle of Florida and this experience with the construction industry along with his own construction background makes him the best attorney for any construction dispute. Andrew Perreault was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama.  He attended Auburn University where he received a B.A. in Economics in 2003.  Andrew received his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2006.  Andrew’s practice focuses on complex Insurance Defense Litigation, including matters involving trucking accidents, products liability, and premesis liability. Andrew is experienced in trying civil bench and jury trials.  Andrew also practices in general Civil Litigation, including representing Plaintiff's in personal injury actions.  In his spare time Andrew enjoys fishing, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
