He earned his B.A. from Syracuse University (cum laude). Before law school, he served as a press secretary on Capitol Hill for three years and as a manager of the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Torch Relay.

Marc focuses his practice on criminal and civil litigation. His criminal defense practice includes defending individuals in all phases of litigation, from the initial investigation through trial and appeal. He has second-chaired two federal criminal jury trials and argued a novel issue in a criminal matter before the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. Marc also represents individuals and companies in complex civil litigation and professionals before regulatory and licensing boards..
