Peter grew up in the City of Brookfield, and graduated from Brookfield East High School in 1986.  His father was a police chief for 28 years, then he served eight years as an Alderman, his mother was a Waukesha County Supervisor for twenty years. Peter has two sisters and three brothers.  Peter attended the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, and he received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, and a minor in Communications.. For ten years, Peter was a law enforcement officer with the City of Brookfield Police Department.  In addition to his regular patrol duties, Peter was a DARE Instructor, and he was chosen to be an Instructor to teach OWI procedure and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing to other police officers.  Peter also served undercover as a Detective with the Waukesha County Metropolitan Drug Enforcement Unit.. In 2006, Peter was elected as a Supervisor on the Waukesha County Board.  He currently is the Chairman of the Judiciary and Law Enforcement Committee, and he serves as Secretary of the Executive Committee..
