Scott A. Kissinger was born in Appleton, Wisconsin, and grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  He received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992 with majors in Accounting and Urban Land Economics.  While completing his undergraduate course work, he served in the United States Army Reserves, and was called to active duty during the Desert Storm phase of the Persian Gulf War.. He completed all requirements to become a CPA, and earned the CPA designation while working at International Paper in Memphis, Tennessee, as a financial analyst, manager of logistics and internal auditor.  He then worked for United Health Group as an internal auditor in Minnetonka, Minnesota, and Manager of Medicare Compliance in Chicago, Illinois.  He attended William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota, and earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree.  He has been practicing law in Wisconsin since then and is also licensed to practice in Minnesota.. Attorney Kissinger is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin.. I am a 55 year old married father of 6 (3 are steps, 3 boys, 3 girls, - yes, very Brady Bunch).  I have seven grandchildren and I have been a single parent, though I have been married most of my adult life.. I have always been active in my community, teaching and coaching swimming, lifeguarding and providing lifeguarding/safety work at the Wausau Kayak Course, including safety work at the 1996 Olympics.  I have been an active participant in my faith, having taught Sunday school, Hebrew lessons, Chairing committees and having been an active board member and officer of the board at my Synagogue and an organizer of Synagogue events. I serve on the Boards of Directors at a number of Non-profit organizations including currently serving as President at two and secretary at another. I am active in the Optimists, Masons and as a Shriner and regularly volunteer as a driver taking children from our area to the Shriner's Hospital for Children in St. Paul MN. Attorney Eric Pease was born in Des Moines, Iowa but spent his formative years fishing the rivers and streams around his boyhood homes in Mount Pleasant, Michigan and Marathon City, Wisconsin.. Eric attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and earned his B.A. in history in 1999.
