Since 2011, Eric has exclusively represented injured people in worker’s compensation, personal injury, and Social Security disability cases.. Eric has been elected to the “Best Lawyers in America” and has served on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Association of Worker’s Compensation Attorneys. Eric has lectured for numerous groups on worker’s compensation law and he has taught legal research, litigation, and tort law at a local community college. He is a member of the Wisconsin and Montana Bar Associations and is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Wisconsin, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the state courts of Montana. In addition, he’s usually licensed to catch fish is several states and provinces.
