The dismissals were affirmed on appeal.  He was also trial and co-appellate counsel in Commonwealth Ins. Co. of Am. Vs. Grays Harbor County, 120 Wn. App. 232, 84 P.3d 304 (2004), a successful appellate decision from a declaratory judgment action involving first party coverage and building code upgrade coverage. Mr. Scheer was also trial and appellate counsel in Schutz vs. La Costita III, Inc., 256 Or.
