I advise buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions.  In 2012, I assisted in the sale of a company that was a finalist for Mergers and Acquisitions Deal of the Year (between $50mm and $100mm) and a finalist for Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year (between $50mm and $100mm) by M&A Advisors.. My estate planning experience includes wealth preservation strategies for individuals and business owners. I prepare estate plans for my lients, including wills, revocable trusts, healthcare power of attorneys, and financial power of attorneys. Additionally, I focus my estate planning practice in special needs planning. I am the recipient of Milwaukee Magazine’s 5-Star Estate Planning Award for 2014.

Prior to joining Meissner Tierney, he served as legal intern for Textron Systems and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Patricia S. Curley with Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Graham is a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center and completed his undergraduate degree at Marquette University. At Georgetown, Graham was a student practitioner in the Law and Entrepreneurship Practicum and served as the Executive Operation Editor of The Tax Lawyer.

James W. DeCleene is an attorney in Meissner Tierney’s transactional practice group. He serves a variety of business entities and provides advice relating to business formation, taxation, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Jim also provides services in other areas including, estate planning, health care, and intellectual property.. Prior to joining Meissner Tierney, Jim held positions with the Waukesha County Circuit Court, where he served as Judicial Intern for the Honorable Mac Davis, Jennifer Dorow, and Ralph Ramirez. He also interned with the Wisconsin Supreme Court for the Honorable David T. Prosser, Jr. Jim comes to Meissner Tierney from Marquette University Law School, where he was graduated cum laude, served as a Comment Editor of Marquette Law Review, provided leadership in the Academic Success Program and finished as a Semi-Finalist in the 2014 National Moot Court Competition.

Prior to joining the firm, I served as Law Clerk for the Wisconsin Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel. I earned her J.D. from Marquette University Law School and completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. At Marquette, I served as Associate Editor for the Marquette Law Review.
