In 2012, I assisted in the sale of a company that was a finalist for Mergers and Acquisitions Deal of the Year (between $50mm and $100mm) and a finalist for Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year (between $50mm and $100mm) by M&A Advisors.. My estate planning experience includes wealth preservation strategies for individuals and business owners. I prepare estate plans for my lients, including wills, revocable trusts, healthcare power of attorneys, and financial power of attorneys. Additionally, I focus my estate planning practice in special needs planning. I am the recipient of Milwaukee Magazine’s 5-Star Estate Planning Award for 2014.
