Ted is a litigator and has been trying cases in Kentucky to juries for almost 20 years.  These days Ted handles mainly business litigation (breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes), employment (wrongful termination, sexual harassment etc) and personal injury (wrongful death, brain injuries etc).  Ted has been married to Liz Walton, a substance abuse counselor and occupational therapist, since 2001.  They have two outstanding sons who attend Jefferson County Public Schools.

Byung was admitted to practice law in Oregon in 1996. With over 20 years of experience, Byung has successfully assisted clients from across the United States and overseas in meeting their legal needs. He was born in Seoul, South Korea and immigrated with his family to the United States at the age of 3. Byung grew up in Portland and attended Lewis and Clark College. He also received an MBA from Pepperdine University and his law degree from Willamette University College of Law. Byung has traveled throughout Asia and Europe and has worked in Paris, France and Seoul, South Korea. His travel, work and life experiences have helped him to better understand and appreciate the needs of his clients. He is married and the proud father of two children.
