Jared’s practice is concentrated on complex commercial and general civil litigation matters, medical malpractice, premises liability defense and workers compensation defense. His practice has involved advising a wide range of clients, including individuals, corporations and municipal bodies. Jared is a 2014 graduate from Washington University Law School where he graduated with honors. I have been with The Piatchek Law Firm since 2011. I am a native of Southwest Missouri, and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture Business from Missouri State University. I earned my Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri -- Kansas City. While attending law school I was actively involved in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, Appellate Advocacy Competition, Mock Trial Competition, and also attained the Dean’s List for academic achievement. After attending Law School, I had the opportunity to return to the Springfield area. My practice areas currently include Uncontested Divorce, Traffic Law, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Contract Law, Business Law, Litigation, and Criminal Law.. I am very fortunate to work in the practice areas that I do. Not every attorney can say that they truly have helped families grow, move forward, and be successful. I pride myself on being a Counselor to my clients and am willing to help them through troubling and successful times by being someone to lean on. It is a very rewarding feeling knowing that I have made a positive impact in someone’s life. I have guided many individuals through the process of setting up their wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. In addition, I offer a wide array of business law services, and have lead many small business owners though the process of setting up their businesses, reviewing and creating contracts, and assisting owners with business their business concerns.. I find that helping the area I grew up is very important to me. I am currently involved in the United Way of the Ozarks and sit on their Community Investment Council, where I assist in evaluating local non-profits’ proposals for safety and income plan to better our community. I also am currently a member of the National Association of Professional Women. Additionally, I am actively involved in the Sigma Sigma Sigma Alumnae Group at Missouri State University.. During my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, traveling to historic baseball parks across the nation, and reading.

Mr. Lopez also vigorously represents his clients in business disputes and litigation.. Prior to practicing law, attorney Epi Lopez worked for a tech start-up company in the mid-90s.. Attorney Epi Lopez had the opportunity to attend Cornell Law School, UCLA Law School, Notre Dame Law School, Georgetown Law School and other schools. Of these schools, he was offered academic scholarships to Notre Dame, UCLA, and Georgetown but opted to remain local after he was selected for a full-tuition academic scholarship at USC.

I am a business person who happens to be an attorney. My businenss experience extends beyond the practice of law.. Demo is an active member within his local community having coached AYSO soccer for six seasons, and serves as President of St. Basil's Greek Orthodox Church in San Juan Capistrano.  Demo also serves as a director of the National Hellenic Society, and is a member of Leadership 100.  He lives in South Orange County with his wife and his three children. In his spare time, Demo enjoys lake and ocean boating, watersports and wintersports with his family, cross-training, playing music and reading political and economic history.
